Welcome to Parkview Middle School. We are very proud of our middle school program in Ankeny. We know that the "move" to middle school is not only an important event in your child's life, but also in your life.
Parkview Middle School will enroll over 1100 sixth and seventh graders, and employ over 100 full and part-time staff for the school year. Our philosophy of teaming, which results in a school within a school, helps create a safe and productive environment for your child.
The role of the middle school is to help children make the transition through adolescence. With the welfare of your child in mind, it is essential that we work together sharing the insights we have about adolescents. The administration and staff at Parkview truly believe that when the family and the school work together and support each other's efforts, the very best education can be provided for your child.
